Hi,
I visited Malaysia during the last month. Though it was an official trip, we could squeeze in some time to roam around KL, Petaling Jaya, Batu Caves etc. It was amazing to see the statue of Lord Muruga in front of the caves. Really marvelous. Even such a big statue for Lord Muruga is not Tamilnadu, to the the best of my knowledge.
Recently, they have enlarged the campus and built a beautiful temple for Lord Balaji and Padmavathi Thayar. You never feel that you are in a foreign country when you are in KL or Batu Caves, you can easily listen to tamil converation between people. So many tamilians are staying there.
If you get an opportunity, don't miss it.

Dar es salaam experience
The important places of interest in Tanzania, one of the East African countries are
1. Mount Kilimanjaro, which is very near to Arusha
2. Game Parks - Serengeti and Ngorongoro, both are easily reachable from Arusha, where wild animals can be seen in the plains.
3. Zanzibar. This is a beautiful island which can reached by Air or by Ferries. Ferry travel will be more interesting.
4. Mikumi Game park. This is nearer to Dar es salaam. If we start in the evening, stay at Mikumi overnight and see the animals in the morning and come back in the next day around 7pm. It is fairly economical.
